On self-serve plans, clients marked as active customers are researched again on a schedule, by default every 30 days on the research seat and every 90 on partner plans. These count toward the monthly allowance.

- Meeting Prep is a brief for the meeting. Partner plans also get a Word file.
- Email Drafter
- The Email Drafter never sends an email. It writes a draft for you to copy.
Deliver it in your name
Work leaves under the firm's name.
- Your name
- Solo documents name the firm in text, with a Mireto line. They carry no logo and no white-label. Practice and Enterprise add the firm's logo and can switch on full white-label.
- Your release
- The AI Strategy Canvas, AI Transformation Roadmap, AI Executive Presentation and cover letter are held until the firm releases them, and the reviewer is recorded. The Snapshot, Analysis, Playbook and Portfolio Assessment are not held.
- Your issuer line
- On partner plans, the firm is the named issuer. On the research seat, the issuer is Mireto.

- A secure link
- A shared link opens behind a six-digit code, for 30 days, with no account. It can be revoked. The code can be reused until the link expires, is revoked or locks.
- Your client opened it
- You are emailed on the first open of a shared link. For a link behind a code, the open counts once the code has passed. You can draft a follow-up.

Organizations work through a partner firm.
An organization that contacts Mireto is introduced to a partner firm by a person.
